Introducing a New Art Form for the dignity and memory of a life...
The Artist, Chaz Kaiser is creating an Old World, new form of memorial for your departed loved ones. It’s called Repousse’ Memorials. It’s an heirloom quality, individually hand crafted, personal piece of art work created specifically in the image of any photo the person would like it created from. Basically, a 3 dimensional picture in copper.
The finished art work also has unique feature in that it’s also a receptacle for pictures, paperwork, memorabilia or even cremation ashes of their loved ones. It can be used as an Urn with much more meaning to the family than just a pretty box on a mantle. It will be a personalized piece of art work dedicated to the person’s loved one that can also hold valuable materials or memories and be passed down from generation to generation – a true heirloom.
Heirloom Memorials can be for deceased loved ones – including pets who I feel are very valuable members of the family – as well as just beautiful representational pieces of art for gifts or occasions. The theme of the actual repousse’ can be of the loved one themselves, their favorite hobby or sport or even place. Whatever brings good memories to those who view it.
To commission a Memorial with Chaz, the family member or friend can send or email a picture that they would like to have a Memorial created from. A conversation between the artist and client then happens to decide the size, frame, finish, etc. and a quote can be given. If it is acceptable, Chaz will hammer out the picture and have it framed. It can also be done without a frame if the client would like to have it done themselves or, it can even be permanently attached in a place of importance. Since the art work is copper, it can withstand the outdoor elements like all copper can.
Being a unique, one of a kind piece of art there are many variables in pricing such a piece.
